LIVING IN BALANCE IS THE GOAL​

BODYSENSE is a Holistic Transformational Wellness Center. We approach health and well-being in a way that considers the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — rather than just focusing on individual symptoms or ailments. It emphasizes the interconnectedness of various aspects of a person's life and seeks to address underlying causes of imbalance.

This approach incorporates a combination of practices from different disciplines, including traditional plant medicine,  mental health techniques, lifestyle interventions, and alternative therapies such as; bodywork, biofield tuning, KAMBO, breathwork and yoga. It involves aspects such as nutrition, exercise, stress management, mindfulness, spiritual practices, and social support.

The goal of BODYSENSE is to support individuals in achieving optimal health and well-being by addressing not only physical symptoms but also mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of their lives. It recognizes that true wellness requires balance and harmony across all dimensions of a person's being.
